Throughout his medical career, Dr. Viglione has maintained a deep passion for the symbiotic relationship between medical science and patient care. After earning his Medical Degree at the Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY, he traveled to the west coast to complete his Internal Medicine residency at Kaiser Permanente. He fell in love with the program and after receiving his American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certification, he went on to realize his dream of becoming a boutique concierge provider in Santa Barbara.

Dr. Muasher is board-certified as an Interventional Radiologist. He has been part of the Central Coast medical community for the past 11 years. As a board-certified venous disease specialist, he is one of the few providers in the region to offer comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of the full spectrum of superficial venous disease, from small spider veins to large bulging varicose veins.
