Mary Sidavanh, R.N.
I have been a Registered Nurse for nine years, mostly as a critical care nurse, and absolutely love the patient care experience. I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, followed by advanced certification in Critical Care Registered Nursing (CCRN). I fell in love with bedside nursing at two of Southern California’s busiest hospitals, USC and UC Irvine, which I spent most of my career prior to relocating to Santa Barbara in 2020 to pursue a passion for health and wellness.
2020 was a year of tremendous growth; I founded a mobile IV vitamin infusion company called “Sage IV” which has been a dream come true. I love aesthetic interventions and bridging my background in traditional nursing with an integrative health and wellness focus. Also in 2020, I received my certification in Medical Weight Management through the Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine as part of a greater focus to help my patients look and feel their best!
I live and breathe these passions: When not with clients, I’m creating exercise programs and training for one of many fitness goals, exploring healthy recipes in the kitchen, or spending quality time with my loving family. My goal above and beyond is to share the positive energy and see the smiles of those that we reach.
Cheryl McPherson, R.N., CANS
Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
I believe in beauty in all its forms. Medical aesthetics is the perfect balance between traditional nursing and health & wellness to truly help clients find beauty. I’m a Registered Nurse and hold the distinguished designation of Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (C.A.N.S.), one of the few in the United States. I’ve been in the field of aesthetics for over 15 years, and my expertise has evolved from lasers, to facial injectables, to educating professionals in the practical art of aesthetics. I have taught injectables from California to New York since 2008 and have been a Certified Educator at Allergan pharmaceuticals since 2010. During this time, I have helped hundreds of physicians, nurses, and PA/NPs master Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers, earning me the distinction of Allergan Master Injector in 2014.
My journey began as a community health nurse and spanned many disciplines within medicine, from hospice care to acute spinal cord injuries. The common theme has always been to help patients in time of need. Medical aesthetics has proven to be a rewarding extension of this, and I pride myself on helping patients shine, from the inside-out. My artistic vision has made me one of the most sought-after aesthetic specialists in the field. I look forward to meeting you on your journey!
